What We Need From You:

• Qualifications: Minimum of Highschool Diploma. Preferred an Associate or Bachelors degree, or a CDA Credentialor the willingness to obtain education credits with our support.
• Experience: Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education, particularly with toddlers and preschoolers.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, effective stress management, and adept multitasking abilities.
• Passion: A profound commitment to engaging and inspiring young learners in a toddler and preschool setting.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, ensuring the safety and well-being of our children.
