About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting childrens growth and development while working in alignment with early education best practices. Youll support with lesson plans, ensure safety and compliance with licensing requirements, and foster a nurturing environment where children can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months experience in an early childhood classroom setting
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA, Associates, or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Strong classroom management and child development knowledge
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents
• Must pass state background check and meet health/safety requirements
