Hillel Academy of Pittsburgh - Working with children infants through Pre-K age. Different shifts available, both full and part time, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities: - Follow the lead of the classroom teacher to create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the classroom - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster a love of learning through engaging and interactive activities - Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment

Requirements: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
