* Lead classrooms in preschool and early learning environments
* Follow provided lesson plans, manage classroom activities, and ensure a safe, engaging atmosphere
* Adapt quickly to different centers’ routines and curricula
* Provide timely feedback to HelloSubs and partner centers for continuous improvement

* An aspiring or experienced early childhood educator ready to gain or share hands-on expertise
* Passionate about nurturing social, emotional, and cognitive growth in ages 2–5
* Dependable, adaptable, and confident managing small groups in dynamic settings
* Authorized to work in the U.S. and have reliable local transportation

*Requirements*
* Minimum one year of experience working with children ages 2–5 (less experience considered for candidates with relevant training)
* High school diploma or higher; CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s preferred
* Willingness to complete state background and health screenings
* U.S. work authorization with reliable transportation
