Bozeman Montessori has an opening for a full-time Montessori Primary Lead Guide for one of our primary (3-6 yr) classrooms. Montessori experience is ideal and we also provide on-the-job training for candidates interested in completing their Montessori teacher education. We have classrooms serving infants (6 months to 18 months,) Pre-Primary (toddlers; 18 months to 3 years), Primary (3 years to 6 years old) and Elementary (6 years to 9 years old) in our two campus locations.

-Montessori-trained or desires to complete Montessori training.

Candidate Must: Provide a cover letter, resume, and three references to apply
Upon Hire:
-Satisfy licensing requirements, including providing current Tdap and MMR immunization records
-Be current in adult/child CPR-First Aid Training (or become so within one month of hire)
-Be willing to become current in Montana-required health and safety trainings (within one month of hire)
-Pass background checks as required by licensing at the time of hire
Preferred Education:
-Current enrollment or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant College Program
-Experience with early childhood care and education
-Montessori credential in early childhood is exceptional, but not required
– Or, willingness to pursue MACTE three to six training upon hire

-Showing professionalism, sensitivity, and respect for confidentiality on behalf of all members of our community
Job Type: Full-time, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm position, 35-40 hours per week, year-round with planned spring, summer and winter breaks
