We are seeking a Preschool Lead Teacher to join our EXPANDING early childhood program in Goddard, KS. Our center is located within the Genesis Health Club facility, offering access to an indoor waterpark, hotel, soccer fields, and baseball fields. Compensation starts at $15 per hour, with higher rates available based on experience and qualifications. This position is a great opportunity to be part of a growing early childhood program!

This position is year-round with major holidays off. Full-time employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan, PTO, and a premium gym membership. To qualify for the Lead Teacher role, candidates MUST meet ONE of the Kansas state requirements as outlined below

YEAR-ROUND LEAD; Teacher requirements:

Option 1: Associate degree or a higher degree in early childhood, child development, or a related academic discipline from a regionally accredited college or university.

Option 2: technical certificate or diploma in early childhood.

Option 3: child development associate credential.

Option 4: three semester hours of academic study or equivalent training in early childhood, child development, or a related academic discipline from a regionally accredited college or university and three months of experience in early childhood education providing direct care and supervision to children of the same age range they will be serving.

Option 5: six months of experience in early childhood education providing direct care and supervision to children of the same age range they will be serving.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
