Support the development and growth of young learners in an Early Childhood Special Education setting based in Kilgore, TX. This role focuses on assisting students in a transition program, providing consistent support that helps build a stable and nurturing environment. The position runs on a contract basis for the current school year (CSY), with a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:15 AM to 3:00 PM. Key Responsibilities: Provide reliable assistance to students during toileting routines and help facilitate smooth transitions between sensory rooms. Support teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities. Foster a positive and predictable setting that promotes learning and development for children with special needs. Qualifications: Minimum of an Associates degree. At least 2 years of recent experience in a caregiver role. Preferred experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and early childhood education. Strong commitment to providing consistent and compassionate support to young learners. Location: Early Childhood Special Education program located in Kilgore, Texas.
