We’re seeking a dedicated teacher’s assistant who shares our passion for reaching every child, every day.

Duties: Implement an age-appropriate curriculum for children in a daycare or preschool setting Provide care and support for children with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum Create a safe and nurturing environment for toddlers and preschoolers Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions among children Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure the well-being and development of each child Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing individualized attention and support as needed Qualifications: Previous experience working with young children, especially those with special needs Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment Ability to adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of children in the classroom
