Job Advert: Early Career Teacher Location:  Boston Salary:  £31,650 – £49,084 per annum Start Date:  September 2025 Contract Type:  Full-time / Part-time – Available on supply vacancies Are you an enthusiastic and passionate new teacher looking to begin your journey in secondary education? We’re looking for  Early Career Teachers  to join a dynamic and supportive secondary school in Boston this September! Deliver engaging and creative lessons in your subject specialism Support students of varying abilities and backgrounds Use data and assessment tools to track pupil progress Participate in departmental meetings and whole-school initiatives Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and best practices

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or completion of teacher training by Sept 2025 Passionate about teaching and committed to student development Strong communication and organisational skills Willingness to take part in CPD opportunities A positive attitude and growth mindset
