A specialized opportunity exists for an educator skilled in supporting students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. This part-time, onsite role involves working with a focused caseload of six students, ranging from Grades 3 through 7, providing a blend of direct instruction and consultative services. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct educational services to three students with hearing impairments. Provide consultative support to an additional three students, collaborating with staff and families. Adapt instructional methods to meet the diverse hearing and learning needs of students. Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports on student performance. Engage with a multidisciplinary team to support student success. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Previous experience working with students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing is preferred. Strong understanding of strategies and tools to support hearing-impaired learners. Willingness and ability to work onsite as this role is not remote. Experience working with elementary and middle school-aged students (Grades 3-7). Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
