Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored instructional support to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, ensuring accessibility and effective communication. Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse learner needs. Serve as a Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant (LDTC) to assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Work closely with families, staff, and administration to foster an inclusive educational environment. Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree from an accredited college or university.
