Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Education, specifically in Deaf Education or related field
Valid teaching certification in Deaf/Hard of Hearing
Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a classroom setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop tailored lesson plans to meet individual student needs
Proficient in sign language and other communication methods
Commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning atmosphere
