Passionate about shaping the lives of young children?   Noah’s Ark Day Care and Learning Center is seeking a patient, attentive Daycare/ Preschool Teachers , both full and part-time, to care for children.  Our Daycare/ Preschool Teacher will assist parents with preparing meals, maintaining children’s hygiene, and monitoring health and their behavioral and emotional concerns.

We are looking for a daycare employee who comes to work prepared, holds attention to details, engages children with appropriate age activities, and maintains a clean environment for children to thrive in.

Benefits:

Salary of $ 17.50 to 18.50/ hour;  Paid time off time off Summary of Position: The Preschool Teacher is responsible for the following duties.

Motivated to care for and educate young children. Team-player, as this position will often require that you will be co-teaching with another teacher. Implementing daily activities, weekly themes, art, newsletters, circle-time, music and movement and engaging in activities throughout the day to keep the children stimulated. Diapering and potty training if needed. Follows a daily schedule. Provide a safe and nurturing fun-loving environment. Enhance children’s development through play. Maintains a safe workplace while monitoring children’s health behavior and reporting any concerns that may arise. Requirements:

CDA and or a minimum of an associate degree in Early childhood education, general education, child study or a related field.

CPR/first aid certificate required. Must provide 3 references. A valid NYS state driver’s license required. Must be willing to take and maintain regular training development courses. Someone of good character who truly enjoys working with children. Can demonstrate to be professional, reliable and honest. Physical Demand:
