Position Summary: We are seeking a warm, responsible, and experienced Lead Teacher for our 3–4-year-old classroom. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills , a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to maintain a balanced environment of structure, creativity, and play . This teacher should be confident in establishing routines, guiding young learners, implementing fun and engaging lesson plans, and building positive relationships with parents and staff . Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. Establish daily routines that support consistency, structure, and smooth transitions. Implement provided lesson plans that support early STEM learning, creative expression, and social-emotional growth. Promote a positive classroom culture that encourages independence, problem-solving, and collaboration. Observe and document developmental progress; communicate observations with families and directors. Maintain ongoing, respectful, and professional communication with parents. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers or classroom support staff. Ensure compliance with all licensing, TRS, and center policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience working in a licensed early childhood classroom (preferably with 3–4-year-olds). Proven classroom management skills and the ability to create and maintain structure. Passionate about working with preschool-aged children and helping them grow. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, organized, and team-oriented.
