CleverBee Academy is seeking a dedicated Daycare Lead and Assistant Teacher to join our innovative team. This role is critical in delivering our specialized educational programs focused on tech skills such as coding, data science, and AI to our youngest learners. The ideal candidate will facilitate a safe and nurturing learning environment that empowers students to excel in the digital-first world while fostering emotional, intellectual, and social development. Develop and implement curriculum that introduces basic technology concepts to young children with an emphasis on coding basics, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Lead classroom activities that are developmentally appropriate and push the envelope on early childhood tech education. Engage with children in activities that promote their readiness for technology use and understanding. Maintain a healthy and safe environment for children to explore, learn, and grow. Compile reports on each child's progress and communicate effectively with parents about student performance and milestones. Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to ensure that the program aligns with the overall educational goals of CleverBee Academy. Strong understanding of early childhood development and general teaching strategies. Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and educational technology designed for young children. Ability to plan, organize, and lead educational activities with patience and positivity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
