Title: Daycare Assistant Teacher

Monday to Friday

Shifts from: 6:30am-5:30pm

Salary: from $30,000 - $40,000(commensurate with Education and Experience)

Locations: Minooka, Crest Hill, Yorkville, and Bolingbrook

Duties and Responsibilities for Daycare Assistant Teacher:

• Create and implement lesson plans based on the developmental needs of the children in the classroom.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment and follows the daily schedule in cooperation with the Lead Teacher.
• Ensures the program enhances age-appropriate social, emotional, cognitive and physical growth of children.
• Attends to the physical needs of the children.
• Interacts frequently with children using active supervision techniques.
• Addresses parent concerns in a timely manner.
• Consistently demonstrating a personal commitment to professional and personal growth.
  

Job Requirements for Daycare Assistant Teacher:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Flexibility around hours and work schedule
• Must be at least 19 years of age
• A passion for working with children
• Completion of Certified Childcare Professional Credential (CCP) program, 100% paid for by us, to become Lead Qualified within 90 days of employment
