Closing Date: until filled Position : Elementary School Teacher - Grade 4 Location : Lincoln Elementary School Starting Date : August 15, 2025 Salary/Benefits : BA, Step 1, $50,009 to MA+60, Step 25, 118,928. (Additional compensation may be available for stipend opportunities.) TRS Pension and sick leave. If selected, other benefits include medical, dental and life insurance, HSA, Roth, 403b and 457 investment options, flex spending, etc.

Qualifications: Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with Elementary Grade School Endorsement. Successful Teaching Experience is preferred. A Master's Degree is preferred. Job Duties : The teacher will be responsible for teaching the curriculum and working cooperatively with colleagues including: grade level teammates, the Student Services Team, other faculty and support staff. The teacher will be responsible for building relationships with students, supervising and managing the class, effectively teaching the curriculum to meet the individual needs of students, evaluating individual student's progress, and communicating progress with children and parents.
