Soliant is looking for two certified Special Education Teachers to join our team for the 20252026 school year. These are full-time roles, serving students at the elementary and middle school levels. The positions will be based in a 4th grade self-contained classroom, working closely with a small group of students who benefit from a more structured and individualized environment. What Youll Do: Support and teach students with IEPs in small-group or individual settings Plan and deliver instruction aligned with student goals Track progress and complete required documentation Partner with general education staff, related service providers, and families Participate in PPT meetings and collaborate on student support plans Maintain a positive, supportive classroom culture What Were Looking For: A current CT Special Education certification Experience working in a school settingthis is not an entry-level role A strong understanding of IEPs, accommodations, and differentiated instruction Team players who are organized, communicative, and student-focused Why Join Us?
