Job Title: Digital Animation Teacher (Part Time) General Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Director of Educational Development, plans and facilitates collaborative and interactive digital animation instructional sessions. Major Duties: Meets regularly with the Director of Educational Development Plans and facilitates learning sessions Assists students in developing various digital animation skills Maintains consistent communication with the Director of Educational Development Models appropriate academic and social behaviors Performs other duties as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work with students from diverse ethnic backgrounds, academic profiles, and skill levels Good interpersonal and organizational skills Demonstrates responsibility, a desire to help others, discretion, and flexibility Knowledge and ability in digital arts Ability to develop unit and lesson plans aligned with content curriculum standards Ability to collect and analyze data to inform instruction Ability to work independently, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills Capable of instructing students of varying skill levels in multiple programs based on interest and ability Qualifications: Must possess a bachelor's degree, have teaching and/or tutoring experience, and extensive digital animation experience.
