This full-time position focuses on fostering the early development of children, laying the foundation for future academic success, and nurturing their spiritual growth in alignment with our Catholic mission. Key Responsibilities: Early Literacy Instruction: Introduce foundational literacy skills, including letter recognition, phonemic awareness, vocabulary development, and a love of reading through engaging and age-appropriate activities. Science of Reading focus preferred.

Faith Integration: Create a classroom environment that reflects Catholic values and teachings, fostering students’ spiritual growth through prayer, Bible stories, and discussions about God’s love.

Holistic Development: Support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child, creating a nurturing space where students feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore.

Play-Based Learning: Utilize hands-on learning experiences to develop creativity, problem-solving skills, and a love for learning.

Lesson Planning & Differentiation: Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood standards, differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
