Job Title: Childcare Teacher Location: Cypress, TX Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Overview: We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Childcare Teacher to join our team! This role involves leading a classroom, creating a safe and engaging environment, and supporting each child’s academic, social, and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities

Support children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development

Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment

Observe and document student progress

Communicate regularly with families

Collaborate with staff and participate in trainings

Qualifications:

Background in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)

Prior experience in a childcare or preschool setting

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Creative, patient, and passionate about early learning
