Kinley Ames is seeking qualified Childcare Teacher's with a CDA (Child Development Associate) credential to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring experience, passion, and knowledge of early childhood education to help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment. You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote children’s cognitive, emotional, and physical development.

Develop and execute lesson plans that align with the developmental needs of children.

Create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and engaged in their learning.

Monitor the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.

Lead and mentor assistant teachers or aides to support classroom activities.

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child’s progress, behavior, and any concerns.

Maintain compliance with state regulations, company policies, and licensing requirements.

Foster social, emotional, and intellectual growth through hands-on, interactive activities.

Document daily activities, lesson plans, and children’s progress for reporting and parent communication.

Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.

Requirements CDA (Child Development Associate) credential is required.

Prior experience working in an early childhood setting is preferred.

Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.

Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid).

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Passionate about working with young children and fostering their development.

Travel assignments are required.

Must reside in Oklahoma (any city).
