Schedule: 7:45am - 4pm or 9am - 6:15pm
Compensation: $54,262 - $75,103/Year

Essential Responsibilities, including but not limited:
Lead the planning and conducting of an effective child development program to meet the physical, social, emotional and intellectual needs of each child.
Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use, both in learning activities and imaginative play
Organize activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, storytelling and field trips
Teach basic skills such as color, shape, number and letter recognition, personal hygiene and social skills
Teach in ways that are interactive, hands-on, inquiry-based, and promote self-discovery and critical thinking
Attend to the infant's basic needs, such as feeding, dressing, diapering, hand washing, napping, transitioning, etc. Ensure these child care routines are carried out in a manner that is prompt, hygienic and consistent with good child development principles.
Communicate with the older children and their families, as outlined in the handbook
Qualifications: COVID Vaccinations (At least 1 full course) required
At least 1 year of Childcare lead/co-lead teacher experience preferred
Completion of at least 60 credit hours or an associate degree (or higher) in any subject area with at least 12 credit hours in early childhood education or a High School Diploma and a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and earns an associate degree (or higher) within four years of their initial date of hire
Bachelor's Degree in any field (with at least 12 credit hours in early childhood education) is preferred

Terms of Employment:
Working Environment: In-school. The role is based on-site and will grow to include another campus, which will result in interaction with students, parents and staff.
