Using Emotionally Responsive Practices as the foundation of our social and emotional teaching practice, our Greenfield Hill site will partner with families with children from one-year-old through kindergarten to provide the entire family with an unmatched holistic learning experience. We are seeking a passionate teachers to join the talented, dynamic staff at our Fairfield location. We are excited to mentor, learn from, and partner with like-minded professionals who have diverse backgrounds, experiences, and learning styles.   The ideal candidate would demonstrate: Working knowledge of positive discipline, R.I.E, and/or emotionally responsive strategies Intentional teaching practices that are grounded in the Reggio Emilia approach An eagerness for project-based learning that is child-led An associate’s, bachelor’s or master's degree in early childhood education/development or related field Enthusiasm about nature-based learning, outdoor play in all weather and terrain, and farm-to-table gardening Strong classroom management skills A solid understanding of child development A warm and playful demeaner Our success is rooted in developing a strong home-school connection with our families.
