Pay: $17 - $21 per hour with a CDA or Early Childhood Education degree

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum. Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and self-discovery. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development. Incorporate literacy, math, and physical education into daily activities. Assess children's developmental needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Foster social skills through collaborative activities and play. Requirements: CDA or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required for Lead positions. Experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff. Ability to develop creative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support children's growth.
