The ideal candidate will support lead teachers in delivering high-quality education to students, focusing on fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment. This role involves working closely with children, assisting in lesson planning, and implementing early intervention strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.

*Duties*

* Assist lead teachers in the development and implementation of lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. * Support standardized testing procedures and help assess student progress. * Provide individualized attention to students, particularly those requiring early intervention or additional support. * Foster a positive learning environment by promoting literacy education and math skills through engaging activities. * Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and classroom activities. * Supervise and care for toddlers during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. * Collaborate with the teaching team to create a Montessori-inspired learning atmosphere that encourages exploration and independence. * Participate in tutoring sessions as needed to reinforce learning objectives.

*Experience*

* Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred. * Familiarity with early intervention techniques and strategies is a plus. * Knowledge of literacy education practices and math instruction is desirable. * Experience with lesson planning and classroom management will be beneficial. * Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues. * A background in Montessori education or similar teaching methodologies is advantageous.
