*Job Summary* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of childhood development and a commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. These roles involve working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, focusing on their emotional, social, and cognitive development through engaging activities and structured learning experiences. We are hiring for multiple age groups both lead teachers and assistant teachers. Pay is based upon experience, education and credentials.
*Responsibilities* * Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as language, social skills, and motor skills. * Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. * Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance to promote positive interactions among peers. * Engage with children through play, educational activities, and hands-on experiences to foster their growth. * Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. * Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom to ensure a healthy environment for children. * Collaborate with other staff members to support the overall goals of the childcare program.
*Qualifications* * Proven experience in childcare or related fields such as babysitting or toddler care. * Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. * Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. * Ability to educate children through creative lesson planning and engaging activities. * A nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children. * Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but not required at the time of hiring.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
