Soliant is looking for a passionate and organized Special Education Teacher to join a supportive middle school team in California. This full-time role serves a small caseload of 11 students and is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, student-centered environment. Youll be working hands-on with students who benefit from tailored support creating meaningful IEPs, collaborating with general education teachers, and helping students succeed both academically and socially. Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction aligned to IEP goals Manage and monitor IEPs, timelines, and student progress Collaborate with families, school staff, and service providers Create an inclusive, respectful classroom environment Support student independence, growth, and engagement Qualifications: Valid California Education Specialist Credential Experience working with middle school students preferred Strong IEP writing and case management skills Excellent communication and organization Ability to start immediately or as soon as possible Why This Role?
