Schedule: MondayFriday, Part-Time (Flexible daytime hours)
Location: Bloom Learning Center, Southampton

Bloom Learning Center is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Floating Support Teacher to join our team in Southampton. This part-time position offers a dynamic opportunity to work across all classrooms, supporting children and teachers from infancy through preschool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in multiple classrooms as needed throughout the day
• Assist lead and assistant teachers with daily routines, activities, and transitions
• Step in to help during staff breaks, absences, or busy periods
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Experience in a childcare setting is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and reliability are a must
