Position Overview: Role: Assistant Teacher Location: Anchorage, Alaska Type: Full-time, non-exempt position Starting Salary: Dependent on education level: High School Diploma/GED: $18.18 per hour CDA/SEED Equivalent Certificate: $20.10 per hour Associate's Degree: $21.36 per hour Benefits: Includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and more Introductory Period: 90-day introductory period with a $300 sign-on bonus upon completion There will be a $1,000 stipend provided at the end of May to all individuals who remain employed with KCI from September 2025- May 2026.
