*What You’ll Do:* As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll support the classroom’s daily operations while working under the guidance of the Lead Teacher. Your day will be filled with laughter, stories, cuddles, singing, helping with feedings/diapering, and playing alongside our youngest learners.

*Responsibilities Include:* * Assisting the Lead Teacher in implementing the daily routine and age-appropriate activities

* Providing gentle, responsive care to infants and toddlers

* Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom

* Supporting diaper changes, feedings, and nap routines

* Engaging with children through play, music, movement, and learning activities

* Communicating positively with families and co-workers

* Ensuring compliance with O.C.F.S. regulations and center policies

*Minimum Qualifications:* * High School Diploma or equivalent required

* Experience working with infants or toddlers strongly preferred

* Must be nurturing, dependable, and eager to work as part of a team

* Must be willing to obtain required background clearances and training per O.C.F.S. regulations
