About the Role As a teacher in our early childhood education program—whether working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children—you will help provide a foundation for lifelong learning. Plan, supervise, and implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on early literacy, language development, math concepts, motor skills, and social-emotional growth
Create a classroom culture that nurtures each child’s individuality while promoting curiosity, independence, and confidence
Provide a structured yet playful environment through hands-on learning and purposeful play
Collaborate with fellow early childhood educators and school leadership to ensure alignment with program goals and best practices
Maintain regular, positive communication with parents and guardians through daily reports, classroom updates, and conferences
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, licensing regulations, and developmental standards
What We Are Looking For
Educational background
Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior teaching experience with young students is preferred.
