RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ASSISTANT PRESCHOOL TEACHER:
Work alongside lead teacher to create experiences that support a full range of developmental and social and emotional needs, including opportunities that allow children to develop curiosity, initiative, problem-solving skills and creativity, as well as a sense of self and a feeling of belonging to the group. Promote feelings of security and trust by being warm, supportive and comforting and by establishing strong and caring relationships with children. Create and maintain a clean, safe classroom environment that is conducive to learning and promoting social relationships. In conjunction with the lead teacher create and implement weekly lesson plans.

Minimum age of 18. Must enjoy working with children. High School diploma or equivalency. Minimum of 6 months qualifying experience. Current fingerprint clearance and negative TB or the ability to obtain. PART TIME BENEFITS:
