Responsibilities: Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Support the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills. Supervise and engage with children during playtime and classroom activities. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning. Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress and daily activities. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
