- Full-time, MondayFriday
- At least 2 years of experience working in an early childhood education setting
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow guidance from Lead Teachers
- Strong communication and reliability
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Assist Lead Teachers in planning and implementing engaging activities
- Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment
- Support childrens emotional, social, and physical needs throughout the day
- Help with meal times, diapering, and classroom transitions
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Follow center policies and state licensing requirements
