*Who We're Looking For:* We're searching for an experienced and certified *Art Instructor* who brings passion, structure, and enthusiasm to the classroom. You'll be a key part of our mission to make high-quality art education accessible and fun for all children.

*Responsibilities:*

* Be coachable * Marketing * Lead weekly art classes for children ages 3 and up, following our established curriculum * Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment * Manage class time efficiently and maintain classroom order * Prepare classroom materials and set up workspaces before each session * Offer individualized support to help students explore techniques and build confidence * Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, classroom updates, events, upcoming classes, camps, and workshops * Attend and participate in mandatory monthly teacher training and occasional studio events * Maintain a clean and organized teaching space at the end of each class

*The Ideal Candidate Will Have:*

* A degree in Art Education or a related field (Bachelor's required) * At least *5 years of classroom teaching experience* (with children) * A solid background in a variety of art mediums (drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, etc.) * Excellent classroom management and organizational skills * Strong communication abilities to connect with both students and parents * A genuine love for teaching and inspiring young artists
