Job Summary

Seton Regional is seeking an inspiring Music Teacher to cultivate a love of music in students while integrating faith-based teachings into their musical education. The ideal candidate will encourage creativity and performance in both vocal and instrumental instruction.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and deliver an engaging music curriculum that includes theory, vocal performance, and instrumental instruction. Lead school liturgical music and prepare students for Mass and special events. Direct school choirs, ensembles. Encourage students to explore and develop their musical talents. Organize student performances for school and community events. Foster a classroom environment that promotes creativity, teamwork, and respect. Collaborate with other faculty members to incorporate music into broader school initiatives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Teaching certification or ability to obtain one. Experience leading choirs, bands, or school musical programs preferred. Strong understanding of Catholic liturgical music and traditions. Passion for working with middle school students and fostering a love for music.
