*Key Responsibilities:*

* Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times * Implement and support classroom routines, transitions, and enrichment activities * Assist with snack time, story time, music and movement, and outdoor play * Support and reinforce social-emotional learning and positive behavior guidance * Maintain a clean, organized classroom and help with light end-of-day cleanup * Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues * Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and other staff to support daily plans and curriculum * Follow all licensing, health, and safety guidelines

*Qualifications:*

* High school diploma or equivalent required * Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred * CDA, Associate's Degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education a plus * CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) * Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor * Strong communication and teamwork skills

*Physical Requirements:*

* Must be able to sit on the floor, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and actively participate in play and outdoor activities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
