The Purpose of SandSar Incorporated Is: ● To provide affordable quality child care services for parents/guardians to seek employment, or go to school or be gainfully employed. ● Act as a liaison between community and authorities in matters pertaining to children. The child care programs shall inform the parents of the enrolled children of the new legislature changes concerning child safety, health and education.
● Identify the needs of the children in the child care programs by evaluating the programs on a regular basis. The programs shall be examined to see if the current child development services provided to the children are satisfactory.
● To facilitate an environment to where all feel safe Physically, Mentally, Emotionally, and Spiritually.

*General Responsibilities:* ● Apply Classroom and Behavior Management for your own group of students (up to 20). ● Communicate with the Site Leader on a frequent basis. ● Collect and review rosters with the Site Leader on a frequent basis. ● Compliance with company policies. ● Strategic planning to set and obtain program goals. ● Time management. ● Lesson Planning. ● Attend scheduled meetings and trainings. ● Facility and transportation maintenance. (If applicable) ● Be preventative and pro-active with Lesson Plans and schedules. ● Accuracy of reporting. ● Reflect the required ratios.
State/School District grant regulations. ● Report ANY unusual incident to the Site Leader. ● Be able to take directives and adapt to new guidelines.
Space and Equipment: ● Inventory records of the classroom. Take pictures/videos before & after use of shared classroom. ● Stewardship of all equipment and supplies indoors and outdoors.
*Site Promoting & Marketing:*
● Involvement in planned events.
● Promote the Program/s every time you communicate in the community, with families, and with children.
● Encourage referrals when speaking with families and children. ● Possible involvement in community events and meetings.
*Qualification and shift:* * _At least one year at a licensed or state run program._
● Organizational and managing skills. ● Google Docs and Google Sheets. ● Familiar with laptop and tablet use. ● Trouble-shoot situations and prevention. ● Problem solving and conflict resolution skills. ● Ability to commit to mentoring and leading children successfully until the end of the school year. ● Ability to learn and grow professionally. ● Bilingual preferred .
● Current CPR/First Aid, Immunizations, Physical. ● Friendly, enthusiastic, flexible, mature, and reliable.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
