Special Education Teacher for the 2025-2026 School Year

Monday-Friday - School Hours
$45-$55 an hour
Fall 2025
Weekly pay
Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Modify curriculum and adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
Provide direct instruction to small groups and individuals
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to support each student's growth
Maintain accurate records of progress, accommodations, and behavior
Utilize assistive technology and other tools to enhance learning
Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
Stay updated on best practices through professional development
Qualifications: Professional Colorado Teaching License
Special Education Generalist Endorsement
Experience with IEP development and differentiated instruction (preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with special needs
