Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners in grades 4-8. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with student goals and state standards. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies to optimize learning outcomes. Qualifications: Valid Minnesota Teaching License with Special Education or Academic Behavior Strategist endorsement. Minimum of 2 years of recent teaching experience in a similar educational setting. Commitment to culturally responsive teaching and working effectively with Native/Indigenous student populations.
