Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully. We are seeking a 3K Assistant Teacher to float between two 3K classrooms. The classrooms are adjoining with a student restroom connecting the two rooms.

*Responsibilities*

* Assist teachers in the preparation and execution of lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs * Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a conducive learning environment * Provide individualized attention to students who may need more attention with redirection and focus * Facilitate small group activities and assist in curriculum development tailored to student needs * Engage with students during activities, promoting positive interactions and encouraging participation. * Maintain a safe and organized classroom setting conducive to learning. * Collaborate with teachers on special projects or events related to early childhood education.

*Skills*

* Must have 6 months or more experience in a DSS licensed facility * Flexibility in working with a variety of staff and children

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
