Overview We are seeking a 3K Assistant Teacher to float between two 3K classrooms. The classrooms are adjoining with a student restroom connecting the two rooms.

Responsibilities

Assist teachers in the preparation and execution of lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a conducive learning environment Provide individualized attention to students who may need more attention with redirection and focus Facilitate small group activities and assist in curriculum development tailored to student needs Engage with students during activities, promoting positive interactions and encouraging participation. Maintain a safe and organized classroom setting conducive to learning. Collaborate with teachers on special projects or events related to early childhood education.

Skills

Must have 6 months or more experience in a DSS licensed facility Flexibility in working with a variety of staff and children

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
