Rudolf Steiner School seeks a 2nd Grade Class Teacher. Strong candidates will be a trained Waldorf Class Teacher with Lower School teaching experience. As members of the Lower School faculty, teachers have the opportunity to work collaboratively with one another on a daily basis and in regular departmental, area, and all-school meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will have:
Completion of a bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred Waldorf Class Teacher certification 3 - 5 years experience as a Waldorf Class Teacher Interest in and appreciation for Waldorf Education Commitment to professional growth including demonstrated professional development in Waldorf education and teaching methods Versatility, enthusiasm, punctuality, and creativity An ability to collaborate with colleagues, communicate effectively with parents, and show positivity in the workplace Commitment to working with the principles of Waldorf Education including human diversity and dignity
