GENERAL JOB SUMMARY

Under the general supervision of the High School Principal and Assistant Principal, the Diploma Programme Coordinator manages the successful implementation of the IB Diploma Programme in Grades 11 and 12 at Westlake Academy. The DP Coordinator is a team member who contributes to building a school culture conducive for learning, maximizing each student's success, and achieving established Westlake Academy goals and objectives.

The position of DP Coordinator at Westlake Academy is a 0.5 FTE. The remaining 0.5 FTE is a teaching position at Westlake Academy, making this a full-time position. The teaching assignment will be based on the needs of the campus.

The performance of this job will be evaluated at least annually by the High School Principal or Assistant Principal.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

Direct the work of instructional paraprofessionals.
