Applicants must be willing and able to use standards-based instruction to meet the needs of students at their individual levels. Applicants must have documented excellent teaching skills and good attendance. Attend paid professional learning before the program starts and ongoing as needed. Prepare and plan for daily lessons and instruction. Additional duties may be assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Current Alabama Teacher's Certification, Bachelor's Degree or Higher with an endorsement in English/English Language Arts
