A full-time 1:1 Paraprofessional position is available to provide dedicated support for students in a K-12 school setting. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with students requiring individualized assistance, both within a classroom environment and potentially in a residential cottage setting. The position is contract-based for the current school year (CSY) and is located in Nashua, NH. Key responsibilities include: Delivering one-on-one behavioral and academic support to assigned students. Assisting with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans. Supporting students academic progress and social development throughout the school day. Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other educational staff to ensure students needs are effectively met. Providing supervision and support at times within the school and possibly in the residential cottage setting. Desired qualifications: Experience as a paraprofessional or behavioral aide supporting K-12 students. Ability to implement behavior support strategies and maintain a positive learning environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with educational teams and families.
